At least 15 of solid PM experience. This person needs to be able to work on projects independently and proactively
– Able to plan, track and implement multiple small, medium and large projects
– Able to work closely with developers, architects and testers to put together a project plan.
– Able to work horizontally across various business units to remove any roadblocks
– Able to work with a wide-variety of technologies (Mainframe, COBOL, Operations Orchestration etc.) and systems to implement projects
– Able to report on project / portfolio status to senior management.
– Able to proactively identify and implement process improvement activities to steadily improve team, project and portfolio performance.
