Job Title: Agile Coach

Duration: Long Term
Responsibilities:
• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and design a long-term strategy for adopting agile best practices across the business, helping project teams deliver better products in a faster, more efficient manner.
• Coach senior managers in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from the top down. Help them adopt agile principles in their leadership style, essential for sustaining agile transformation at all levels of the organization.
• Lead agile workshops for developer and functional teams, as well as for key stakeholders
• Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization
