Title:  BY WMS Specialist

Job Summary:

The BY WMS Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of BY Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role requires a combination of technical expertise and operational knowledge in warehouse processes to ensure the WMS is functioning optimally and effectively supporting our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

BY WMS Implementation and Configuration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement BY WMS solutions according to business requirements. Configure BY WMS to meet operational needs, including setting up workflows, inventory management rules, and user access.
Integration Management: Work with IT and third-party vendors to integrate BY WMS with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA , TMS). Manage data flows between systems and ensure accurate data synchronization.
User Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end users on WMS functionalities and best practices. Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.
Process Improvement :Analyze current warehouse processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements through BY WMS capabilities. Propose and implement enhancements to WMS functionalities that support operational excellence.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize analytical tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing warehouse operations.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s  degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in BY WMS implementation
Experience working with CPG or Distribution company
Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users at all levels.
