Job Description :

Responsibilities: –

•              Senior Full Stack Engineer takes on responsibilities that span both frontend and backend development, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and AI integration. Here are some key responsibilities:

•              Design, implement, and deploy full-stack features to power AI-driven products, ensuring performance and scalability.

•              Build and maintain RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, or other services to support AI model interactions.

•              Ensure system performance, reliability, and security for AI-driven applications.

•              Create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces for interacting with AI tools, dashboards, or applications.

•              Work with design teams to implement responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UIs.

•              Optimize frontend performance to handle complex AI visualization, such as rendering large datasets or real-time AI outputs.

•              Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

Skills: –

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience, possessing strong front-end and back-end development expertise. The candidate should have hands-on experience with React.js, Python, and relational database technologies. Ideally, the candidate will have a background in product development and working with cloud platforms such as AWS, playing a pivotal role in building scalable, high-performance applications. Candidates with experience in Life sciences and AI product development will be preferred

Mandatory skills

•              10+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with demonstrated expertise in:

                o  Front-end development using ReactJS.

                o  Back-end development with Python and FastAPI

                o  Database management with MySQL or Postgres.

                o  Cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.

•              Microservices architecture.

•              Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and a proven track record of building intuitive user interfaces.

•              Experience in testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest, or similar).

•              Proven ability to build software products from scratch, from ideation to deployment.

•              Passion for innovation and the curiosity to explore new technologies and approaches.

•              Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

•              Strong understanding of security principles and their application in software development.

•              Agile mindset: Familiarity with agile development practices and working in cross-functional teams.

•              DevOps familiarity: Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes.

•              AI Product experience (a plus): Prior experience building or contributing to AI-powered products is an advantage.

•              Preference for candidates with experience in the Life Sciences or Health Care industry
