Skills/Experience needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as Jr. Project Manager with strong Business Systems Analyst skills.
- Project Management skills with Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with strategic planning and execution in a high-growth company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
