Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple projects in Wealth Management Technology. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, drive Agile processes, and ensure successful project execution across development and support teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of Agile projects.
• Manage business requirements, process analysis, and milestone tracking.
• Provide transparency to senior management on portfolio risks and issues.
• Develop and refine application development standards and Agile best practices.
• Oversee program status reporting and project audits to ensure compliance.
• Drive collaboration across teams, optimizing business operations and resources.
• Utilize JIRA, Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint for tracking.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and ensure clear, concise communication.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of program/project management in a matrixed environment.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban preferred).
• Experience in Wealth Management and banking Technology is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive efficiency, and ensure timely delivery.
