Salesforce Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand accounts, and lead sales efforts for various Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– New Business Acquisition: Identify and close Salesforce opportunities through strategic prospecting and partnerships.
– Expand Existing Accounts: Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
– Sales Strategy & Partner Alignment: Work closely with Salesforce AEs and partners to develop go-to-market strategies.
– Client Engagement: Meet with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
– Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain deal flow in Salesforce CRM and provide sales reports.
– Leadership: Begin as an individual contributor with growth into a player/coach role.
Qualifications:
– 3-7 years of Salesforce sales experience (consulting, implementation, or ISV solutions preferred).
– Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B enterprise environment.
– Strong Salesforce solution knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
– Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.
