Product Support, Monitor and Enhance existing Automations | · Track Production Issues, Defects and Incidents using Service Now. · Support existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process as well as problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. | 15% |
Create test plans incorporating test automation and test-driven development practices | – Work on unit testing and integration testing using test frameworks to ensure proper functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the automation code. | 15% |
