Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Analyze requirements and conduct due diligence to assess and improve business processes and IT systems.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to design solutions and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Develop business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows as needed.
  • Assist Product Owners in researching epic/features needs and framing/slicing requirements.
  • Establish user stories, prioritize backlog, and support testing of solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the assigned Scrum team.
  • Support Agile practices and facilitate various Agile processes such as Iteration/Release Planning and Daily Stand-ups.
  • Participate in data profiling exercises and represent details visually for reporting.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 10+ years of experience in US Retirement Plan Administration, specifically with Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit plans.
  • Proficiency in plan designs, fiduciary responsibilities, record-keeping services, and operational compliance for retirement plans.
  • Well-versed in processes related to contribution calculations, distribution, loan requests, accounting/valuation, nondiscrimination testing, and governmental reporting.
  • Experience in Fund Management or Life Insurance as a plan asset is a plus.
  • Ability to partner with key client stakeholders and analyze requirements effectively.
  • Experience in developing business requirements documents and use cases.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and experience working in a Scrum environment.

 

Nice-to-haves:

 

  • Experience with data visualization tools for reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to retirement plans.

·       Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
