U.S. Employment Law

Please stop sharing fake details.

I am not sure about this law. Maybe I am wrong but What would happen if it is the right information.

Important Reminder Regarding U.S. Employment Law:

Submitting falsified immigration documents, such as altered Green Card or H1B copies, for employment in the USA carries severe legal consequences.

Employers who discover such actions may:

  • Immediately terminate employment.
  • Report the individual to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and other federal authorities.
  • In some cases, pursue a civil lawsuit for financial damages.

USCIS may also take action, including:

  • Denying or revoking immigration benefits.
  • Placing non-citizens in deportation (removal) proceedings.

If you are aware of anyone using altered immigration documents for employment, you can report it to:

  • USCIS: Submit a tip online about suspected immigration fraud.
  • Homeland Security Investigations (HSI): Report tips via their hotline.

Altering immigration documents is a serious violation of U.S. law and can lead to significant legal repercussions. Ensure all documents submitted for employment are genuine and accurate.

Thanks And Regards.
