·         Configure and customize Google AgentSpace / Agent Assistfor seamless agent-customer interaction.· Lead the implementation of agent space solutions forcustomer service platforms.· Configure and customize software to meet businessrequirements.· Train end-users and provide ongoing support.· Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to optimizeworkflows.· Ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

 

·        Google AgentSpace Specialist to design, configure, andoptimize customer support experiences using Agent Assist,Dialogflow, and Agent Workspace· Hands-on experience working with Google’s AI-drivencustomer service solutions and can work closely withengineering, operations, and customer experience teams todeliver intelligent support workflows
