We are looking for a (Technical) Program Manager to be a part of our exciting and growing team. Your primary You will drive technical feasibility discussions for our products as you collaborate with other technical leaders, product owners and development leads. As a productive member of a motivated group of engineers, product teams, and technical analysts, you will be producing ground-breaking, forward thinking, and revolutionary projects that are industry changing. You will be required to discover the boundaries of our platforms, provide solutions for technical problems and drive discussions within IT and Lines of Business.

Qualifications 

Process design, understanding of platform and system solution architecture for Data Management, Security, or Infrastructure technologies 
Able to provide individual or project oversight on rapid prototyping/POC efforts and large-scale enterprise wide roll out planning 
Knowledge of SAP, GIS and/or ESRI a plus 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills  
Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace  
Able to further community & elevate team performance 
Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the role and has strong sense of ownership 
Able to build strong relationships with and influence at the Director level of leadership 

Skills: 

DAMA DMBOK certification 
Leading solution delivery on AWS and Informatica platforms
Experience in leading large Data projects and teams 
Experience in leading end to end solution delivery on large data platforms requiring complex integrations 
Agile/Scrum methodology 
PowerBI/Tableau skills to create/publish delivery KPIs 
Effective exec level communication

Modernization project – Coming from Collibra and Foundry to Informatica – as they like the informatica Data Governance product and its offerings.

Experience effectively communicating status reporting to execs, both documented and verbal
Must be concise, clear, not a blabber, No mumbling around, wandering around with your comments; Stay on point, be concise.
Must be good at kicking butt in a chaotic (not toxic) environment – everyone is nice. The director is a bit chaotic. Must be flexible.
At least a few Program manager roles; migrating to or rolling out Informatica.

Must be BIG, enterprise-level experience.
