 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced FICO OutSystems Workflow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex consumer credit adjudication applications using OutSystems, with a focus on workflow automation. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design, build, and optimize high-impact business applications.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop, customize, and enhance FICO APM applications according to business requirements and technical specifications.
  • System Integration: Integrate APM solutions with other enterprise systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of APM applications to ensure high availability and efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for APM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for APM solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Training: Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on the effective use of APM solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing FICO APM solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and Python. Experience with FICO APM tools and technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning techniques.
  • Certifications in FICO technologies or related area
