Location: Remote is fine but preference is in PST Time

Job description:

·         Knowledge relating to the design of processes and software across the organization.

·         Advanced skills and methodologies associated with process for software specification, design, modification and implementation.

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with executive-level management.

·         Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team.

·         Demonstrated skills needed to develop process and system implementation plans.

·         Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.

·         Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training

·         4+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

·         4+ years of experience in relational database, SQL, or system development life-cycle project; and/or equivalent experience/training.

·         2+ years of experience in ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Oracle R12) and a senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation.

·         4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials
