🔍 About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated iOS Developer to join Meijer’s digital mobile team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of our customer-facing mobile app—used daily for shopping, rewards, and account management. You’ll work in a SAFe Agile environment alongside experienced developers, product owners, and QA engineers to build and enhance innovative app features.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and test new app features using Swift, SwiftUI, Objective-C, and other modern iOS technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX Designers, Developers, and QA to refine user stories and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct and participate in peer code reviews with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing iOS applications and respond to production issues when needed.
- Document solutions and processes in alignment with company standards.
- Work with external vendors and internal partners to integrate software components and third-party APIs.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Proficiency in Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, XCUI, and Objective-C.
- Experience in SAFe/Agile development methodologies.
- Hands-on knowledge of unit testing frameworks like XCTest.
- Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale mobile applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- A public or private portfolio of iOS applications (GitHub links or App Store apps).
- Experience in customer-facing retail or eCommerce applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and secure coding standards.
