Client is potentially looking for resource on webmethods with devops experience to convert current deployment process to automation. Could please help to find a resource. Below is role and responsibilities expected to be performed by resource

1. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
1. Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for webMethods packages using tools like:
2. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo
3. Integration with Git/Bitbucket for version control
4. Artifact repositories (e.g., Nexus, JFrog)
2. Environment Management & Automation
1. Automate provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
2. Use tools like: Ansible, Terraform (for infra as code)
3. Docker & Kubernetes (if using Microservices Runtime)
4. Environment configuration across IS, UM, MWS, API Gateway
3. Deployment Automation
1. Automate deployment of webMethods packages, configurations, and assets.
2. Use Deployer and Command Central (CCE) for managing deployments and configurations across environments.
4. Monitoring and Logging
1. Set up and maintain monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Splunk).
2. Ensure health checks, logging, and alerting are configured for webMethods components.
5. Security & Access Control
1. Implement secure access control and secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk).
2. Manage SSL/TLS, user roles, and integration-level permissions.
6. Performance Optimization
1. Monitor and tune the performance of IS, UM, and other services.
2. Garbage collection tuning, thread and session management.
7. Disaster Recovery & Backup
1. Implement automated backup and restore procedures.
2. Ensure HA/DR setups for mission-critical integrations.
8. Scripting & Custom Tools
1. Create reusable scripts (Shell, Python, Groovy) for automating repetitive tasks like log analysis, mass deployments, etc.
9. Collaboration and Documentation
1. Work closely with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
2. Document processes, deployment guides, runbooks.
