Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and will be responsible for building custom applications, integrations, and enhancements to optimize business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

•            Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

•            Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices, code quality, and scalability.

•            Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.

•            Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.

•            Customize Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce Mobile solutions to improve usability and adoption.

•            Build and manage Salesforce Communities and portals using Experience Cloud, creating seamless external user experiences.

•            Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

•            Support the Salesforce release management process, including sandbox refreshes, deployment, and post-release support.

•            Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.

•            Stay updated with Salesforce releases, tools, and features and incorporate them into the development lifecycle.

•            Ability to work in onshore-offshore model

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

•            7-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

•            Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

•            Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

•            Experience in Salesforce data modeling, security model, workflows, process builder, and flows.

•            Good debugging and analytical skills in identifying the root cause and provide optimum resolution.

•            Solid knowledge of integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

•            Experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud site setup, customization, and administration.

•            Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets, Copado, Salesforce DX.

•            Ability to write efficient and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.

•            Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•            Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•            Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II) is mandatory.

•            Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Preferred:

•            Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant.

•            Experience with Salesforce Einstein or other Salesforce AI/analytics tools.

•            Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices in Salesforce environments.

•            Exposure to other CRM systems or cloud platforms.
