Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong domain knowledge in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders in the pharma domain to gather, analyze, and document financial and controlling requirements.
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, and Product Costing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with SAP MM, SD, and PP, especially in the context of pharma manufacturing and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and other pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
• Assist in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects if applicable.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and handle change requests in SAP FICO.
• Work with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure financial system integrity.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• In-depth understanding of financial processes in the pharma or life sciences industry.
• Experience with SAP integration points with other modules (MM/SD/PP).
• Strong understanding of Pharma-specific business processes, such as batch costing, regulatory compliance, and cost controls.
• Familiarity with SAP validation, substitution rules, and report painter/writer.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with GMP-compliant systems or 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is a plus.
