Location: REMOTE

Job Description:

• Lead the migration of observability tools to Dynatrace, including planning, execution, and validation.
• Replace legacy tools such as Splunk (for logging) and New Relic (for RUM/APM) with Dynatrace equivalents.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and telemetry.
• Configure Dynatrace features such as:
• Real User Monitoring (RUM)
• Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
• Logging on Grail
• AI-based anomaly detection
• SLO/Error Budget tracking
• Develop and maintain telemetry pipelines, dashboards, and alerting configurations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with third-party tools (e.g., GitHub, Harness, SonarQube).
• Establish governance frameworks and observability standards.
• Provide training and enablement to internal teams for long-term platform adoption.
• Proven experience in observability tool migrations and change management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Dynatrace certifications (Associate, Professional, or higher) preferred.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
