Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Testing Specialist with a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. Experience in PL/SQL and test automation tools is required. Exposure to Telecom or Accounting domains will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Oracle Supply Chain (Fusion) applications.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Perform end-to-end testing for Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in functionality.
Utilize automation tools to streamline regression testing and improve test coverage.
Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts to support test validation and data verification.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
Understand business workflows and contribute to functional test planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) testing.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications, especially in SCM modules.
Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL for data validation and backend testing.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Oracle Test Framework, OATS, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain experience in Telecom or Accounting (not mandatory but a plus).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
