MoveWorks Developer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid) or REMOTE / Must be willing to work EST hours if remote (8am-5pm/EST)

**Must be willing to be on video for remote meetings at all times**

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

Set up, optimize, and maintain Move Works AI configurations to ensure seamless automation and accurate responses.

Configure AI models, adjust confidence thresholds, and refine triage models to achieve optimal accuracy.

Manage dialog configurations to customize bot responses, aligning them with business needs and enhancing user interactions.

Collaborate with IT and business teams, working with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure AI solutions effectively meet organizational goals.

Monitor and optimize performance by analyzing AI accuracy reports and adjusting configurations to drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and improve AI responses, identifying gaps in automation processes and refining workflows for increased efficiency.
