Job Summary

• Seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Snowflake data platform.
• Responsible for building robust, scalable data architecture solutions.
• Support advanced analytics, data warehousing, and real-time data processing across the enterprise.

• Develop and enforce data architecture best practices (data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, data governance).
• Understand the concept and enterprise usage of data marts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with Snowflake.
• Optimize Snowflake solutions for cost-efficiency, performance, and reliability.
• Lead technical engagements with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Guide data engineers, analysts, and developers on Snowflake best practices.
• Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards within Snowflake environments.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale data solutions across industries.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, particularly with D&A or enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture principles.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Expert knowledge of Snowflake architecture: data sharing, performance optimization, and data security.
• Experience integrating Snowflake with BI/Visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, and ELT pipeline development.
• Understanding of cloud-native services for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration (e.g., AWS services).
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate Snowflake with SIEM solutions for real-time monitoring, alerting, and compliance.
• Experience integrating Snowflake with SIEM platforms, including AWS-based solutions.
• Design secure data pipelines for ingesting security logs and audit data into centralized SIEM platforms.
• Experience designing high-performance data extraction processes from Teradata to Snowflake.
• Skilled in leveraging Amazon S3 as an intermediate staging layer for scalable and seamless data transfer.
