Position : SAP Techno-Functional Consultant (Solman, BPM & Pharma domain)

Location : Foster City, CA (Hybrid)

Job Type : Contract

Note : Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in IT, strong exp in some Pharma domain, SAP Solution Manager and BPM tools.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes to support Business Process Monitoring (BPM) initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and IT, playing a key role in requirement gathering, solution design, and BPM configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to understand and document requirements.
• Analyze and interpret business processes across key areas such as:

• OTC (Order to Cash)
• PTP/PTD (Procure to Pay / Plan to Deliver)
• RTR (Record to Report)

• Support and configure Business Process Monitoring in SAP Solution Manager or other BPM tools.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are delivered as per business expectations.
• Provide input into process optimization and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong functional knowledge of core SAP modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.)
• Experience working in a techno-functional capacity
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and BPM tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to manage discussions between business and IT

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Business Process Monitoring configuration
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (if applicable)
• Certification in relevant SAP modules is a plus
