Agile and P&C Insurance

• Articulate design and documentation for Anaplan models (process map, user guide, solution design document) Translate business requirements in the form of excel models and/or user stories into efficient and scalable high-functioning Anaplan models.
• Successfully building and identifying various dimensions, lists(hierarchies) and line items, thereby creating a user-friendly solution.
• Create Hub-spoke structures along with user pages Work with subject area data experts to identify new or enhanced data to support the new or enhanced capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Business Architect to stay current with business design and supporting solutions and associated stakeholders.
• Develop test cases and assist in UAT on the technical and functional acceptance.
• Closely follow Anaplan model building best practices.

• 2 years modeling with Anaplan or end-to-end Anaplan implementations.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder.
• Anaplan model building experience is must and having exposure to other EPM technology for e.g., SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Oracle Hyperion, Microsoft Dynamics etc. will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of the forecasting process and various business functions (Sales, operations, Finance, etc.) Good understanding of Planning Budgeting
• & Forecasting is must? Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part

• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Project management certifications, agile certifications will be an added advantage.
• Completion of L3 training in Anaplan or 2+ years' experience modeling with Anaplan or end-to-end Anaplan implementations.

Anaplan Solution Architect

Drive complex FP&A projects by leading high performing teams, running senior client meetings and workshops, assessing engagement risks, and driving conclusions for our clients.

Work with colleagues or counterparts in client organizations to understand data requirements and associated calculation logic, and translate data and calculation requirements into model designs Develop models in Anaplan including prototype builds, product releases, testing and data integration.

Lead development of dashboards, visualization, and analytical solutions.

Drive training, knowledge transfer and support post go-live with client end users.

Contribute to an environment that encourages Finance innovation and lead new and improved ways of working, delivery models and / or technological advancements Provide quality assurance and monitor risks, manage assignment teams and third parties, liaise with service line teams and functional specialists.

Develop strong internal networks, build client relationships and manage and

identification of opportunities, supporting proposals and bid teams and managing development and delivery of high-quality proposals.

Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff for client delivery and business development.

Strong experience of leading multi-dimensional model development on the Anaplan platform, including configuration of existing models, incorporating new functionality, and optimizing modeling solutions.

Experienced in operating as the solution architectural lead for mid-sized or large-scale planning solutions.

High proficiency in understanding complex business data requirements and building models that will deliver relevant insights.

Strong attention to detail

Solid understanding of supply chain, financial, sales planning areas.

Ability to apply understanding of sales, supply chain, financial planning principle within data integration, analysis, and solution development.

Ability to learn and adopt new technologies, software, and methodologies.

Experienced in leading teams through uncertainty and ambiguity in a project environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and able to flex style to build rapport with team members and clients.

Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certifications.

Good understanding of agile methodology in projects.

2-3 years of experience in Anaplan”
