Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy, development, and execution across digital tools, web portals, mobile apps, and backend systems. This role will drive product vision, manage product roadmaps, and ensure delivery aligns with customer and market needs. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google Analytics, Aha!, and healthcare domain knowledge, with proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management from discovery to post-implementation analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and manage backlogs.
• Drive market research, product validation, and pricing strategies.
• Oversee product releases, testing processes, and change management.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and promote best practices.

Must Have:

• Strong product strategy and execution leadership.
• Expertise in Google Analytics and Aha! product management tools.
• Experience in healthcare, digital solutions, backend technologies, and cloud migration.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex, cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of product management or product owner experience in Agile environments.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
