Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer with a strong background in data integration and healthcare data processing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Talend DI and Data Mapper modules and be comfortable working with various data formats and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend Data Integration and Data Mapper.

• Process healthcare-related file formats including X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel.

• Perform data transformations and mappings to support business and regulatory requirements.

• Integrate with both MongoDB and traditional relational databases.

• Use Java or Python to implement custom transformation logic where needed.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy, performance, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in data integration projects using Talend.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Talend DI and Data Mapper modules.

• Experience handling various file formats commonly used in healthcare data exchange.

• Working knowledge of MongoDB and RDBMS.

• Basic to intermediate programming skills in Java or Python.
