Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
 
 
 
Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
 
 
 
Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and business cases.
 
 
 
Assist in solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.
 
 
 
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
 
 
 
Support testing efforts by developing test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT).
 
 
 
Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to ensure effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
 
 
 
Identify risks and issues early and work with teams to mitigate them.
 
 

Experience:
 
 
 
2–5 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role.
 
 
 
Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
 
 
 
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
 
 
 
Nice to Have:
 
 
 
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
 
 
 
Knowledge of SQL and database querying.
 
 
 
Industry experience in [finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.].
 
 
 
 
Skills:
 
 
 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
 
 
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
 
 
Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
 
 
 
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
