Title: Infrastructure Solution Architect (SAN/NAS)
Location: Hybrid in Dublin, CA ; 1 day a week on-site
Duration: 6-12 months+ and potential contract-to-hire
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The position of Solution Architect I (Enterprise Technology Architecture) reports directly to the Manager of Systems Architecture and is based in Dublin, CA. Responsible for driving IT strategy, roadmap including evaluation, selection and solution architecture (technology) to address needs of IT and business portfolios (such as Supply Chain, Stores). Highly visible role with a broad engagement within CLIENT IT and business teams as well as externally with technology providers. The Technology Architect is hired in an Individual Contributor capacity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides enterprise level architecture consultancy including thought leadership and technical guidance for strategic projects across programs and business portfolios.
• Addresses key enterprise technology architecture aspects, including technology solutions and strategies, feasibility insights, and how supporting technologies fit together and evolve over time.
• Conducts TCO and ROI analysis to help understand and convey the financial impact of architecture solutions and strategies.
• Prepares and conducts presentations of architecture solutions and strategic proposals to a wide audience including executives.
• Participates in the 5-year planning and annual budgeting process. Provides actionable recommendations on initiatives to drive targeted business outcomes. Tracks technology lifecycle and influences 5-year plan to account for technology obsolescence and risk.
• Collaborates with IT and Business Partners to define enablers in the roadmap plan that explore technical options and build the architecture runway and provide early feedback to meet roadmap milestones.
• Works with peer architects (enterprise, domain, and security) to analyze business context (business strategy and trends), as well as other architecture viewpoints (such as information and solution) to develop the future state technology architecture. This includes defining the requirements, principles and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise.
• Facilitates the research, evaluation, and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
• Develops, documents, and maintains technology architecture standards and patterns.
• Ensures work produced is aligned with other Enterprise, Application and Portfolio architects, providing holistic enterprise solutions.
• Ensures completion of Architectural and project deliverables on time and under budget and that anticipated business outcomes are achieved.
• Creates solution designs that leverage CLIENT architecture standards and services that can meet key project design criteria (Availability, Recoverability, Scalability, Performance characteristics) and can be properly supported by the IT engineering, support and operations teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Provides architectural and technical input for definition, estimation and delivery of projects.
• Works frequently with external resources or 3rd parties such as IT System Integrators and Software/Hardware vendors to assess technology required to develop a solution for a current problem statement as well as new and emerging technology that can provide strategic value.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
List Education level, Years of Experience, Technical Knowledge, and/or Certifications required for the position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10+ years’ experience in information technology (IT), technology solutions, infrastructure technologies, architecture, and/or consulting. OR equivalent experience
• Have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver) with a focus on supply chain management, warehouse operations, and logistics. Technically competent on Supply Chain, related technology systems.
• Have a deep understanding and 5+ years of demonstrated experience in:
o Enterprise SAN and Backup Technologies
Enterprise Storage Technologies such as HPE 3PAR, Primera, and Alletra
- Enterprise Fibre Channel Technologies such as Brocade X7 Directors, G720 and G730 Switches, etc.
- Enterprise Backup technologies such as Veritas NetBackup
• Have a strong understanding and demonstrated experience in:
o Server OS Technologies
Microsoft Windows Server – 2019, 2022, 2025
- Redhat Enterprise Linux – 8, 9
o Virtual Machine Technologies
- Hypervisors – Hyper-V, VMware
- Virtual Machine Management – SCVMM, vCenter
o Server Hardware Technologies
- HPE Synergy
- HCI
• Having a good understanding of Network and Security technologies is a plus
• Demonstrated 5+ years of Enterprise or Technology Architecture experience in Retail or other related industry.
• Good understanding of information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile methodologies, infrastructure and operations

Title: Data Governance and Security Engineer
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX
Duration: 3-6 month contract-to-hire
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Governance and Security Engineer to help manage and protect the organization’s data assets using Azure Purview and Varonis. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining data classification, discovery, and access policies across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will be familiar with both governance and security principles and can bridge the gap between privacy, compliance, and operational risk.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment, configuration, and administration of Azure Purview for data cataloging, classification, and lineage tracking
Monitor data access and user behavior through Varonis, investigating anomalies and recommending mitigations
Define and enforce data governance policies, including data classification, retention, and stewardship
Collaborate with data owners, legal, compliance, and IT to ensure regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA) are met
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sensitive data and ensure proper access controls are in place
Work with security and cloud teams to design and implement protection measures for structured and unstructured data
Provide actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders using both Azure Purview and Varonis insights
Support incident response related to data access, loss, or policy violations
Conduct periodic audits of data permissions and user roles
Educate business units on secure data handling, labeling, and sharing practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in data governance, information security, or risk/compliance roles
Hands-on experience with Azure Purview (data cataloging, scanning, classification)
Proficiency in using Varonis for data access monitoring and security alerting
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, FERPA)
Familiarity with Azure services, RBAC, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP)
Excellent analytical, investigative, and documentation skills
Strong communication skills to interface with IT, compliance, and executive teams
