Position: Temporal.io Engineer (Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with hands-on experience in Temporal.io and advanced Golang development. The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable, distributed applications from the ground up and a strong understanding of graph databases such as Neo4j. You will work with modern technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, and React in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust backend systems using Golang and Temporal.io workflows

• Build and maintain distributed systems with high availability and performance

• Design and query graph databases (preferably Neo4j) for complex data modeling and relationships

• Develop APIs and microservices with secure and efficient code practices

• Contribute to front-end development using React, when needed

• Implement and enforce development best practices, CI/CD, and GitOps workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Managers

• Leverage Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Temporal.io (workflow orchestration platform)

• Senior-level Golang development experience (must be proficient and hands-on)

• Experience with graph databases, preferably Neo4j

• Proven experience building full-scale applications from scratch

• Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture

• Understanding of ReactJS for frontend support and UI integration

• Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows

• Strong grasp of software development best practices and clean code principles
