ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Network Design and Planning:

Analyze network requirements and design scalable and secure network solutions.

Develop detailed network diagrams, specifications, and documentation. Evaluate and recommend network hardware and software solutions.

Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to ensure network scalability.

Create and maintain network design documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

Design and implementation experience on Extreme and cisco switches.

Design and Implementation experience on Aruba and Cisco Wireless Network

Implementation and Configuration:

 Install, configure, and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points. Implement and manage network protocols, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VLANs. Configure and manage network security devices and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

Perform network upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to services.

Implement wireless networks for Aruba and Wireless.

 Implement Cisco and Extreme LAN switches. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Monitor network performance and identify and resolve network issues.

Perform routine network maintenance and updates.

Troubleshoot complex network problems and provide timely resolutions.

Maintain accurate network inventory and documentation.

Respond to network incidents and provide on call support as needed.

Maintain and configure Cisco and Aruba Wireless

Maintain and configure Cisco and Extreme LAN switches Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain network security best practices.

Ensure network compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans.

Implement and manage network access control policies.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including system administrators, security engineers, and application developers.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues. Provide technical support and training to end users.

Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.).

Experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Arista. Experience with network virtualization technologies .

Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).

Strong understanding of network security best practices.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 Years of Domain Experience. CCIE/ CCNP /CCDP Certification and equivalent certification would be preferred. Must be CCNA or equival.
