to support in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow environments. The focus will be on SPM projects, with potential involvement in ITAM and ITSM projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive SPM project experience, leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead ServiceNow roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and design sessions for SPM solutions.
– Provide guidance and support for SPM and APM/EA projects.
– Design and implement integrations using ServiceNow workflows and scripting.
– Facilitate workshops to gather technical and business requirements.
– Contribute to release planning and execution.
– Conduct code reviews and ensure quality of technology deliverables.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
– Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow, predominantly in architect or developer roles.
– Proficiency in architecting ServiceNow implementations for SPM/ITBM (4+ years) and ITSM or ITAM or HRSD (2+ years).
– Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and integration tools.
– Familiarity with Agile delivery practices.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
– ITIL certification is preferred.
