Position: Tableau developer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tableau Development: Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Data Preparation & Modeling: Preparing data for analysis in Tableau, including data cleaning, transformation, and modeling within Tableau Desktop.
• Data Source Integration: Establishing and managing connections to various data sources, such as databases, cloud storage, and other systems, ensuring efficient data flow.
• Performance Optimization: Optimizing Tableau workbooks and data extracts for performance and scalability.
• User Support and Training: Providing support to users on how to effectively use Tableau dashboards and visualizations, and potentially conducting training sessions.
• Collaboration: Working closely with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation for Tableau workbooks, data sources, and best practices.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends.
