Job Summary
The Senior Consultant specializing in guidewire policy center and guidewire claim center will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of policy center and claim center modules. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the Guidewire systems, and ensure successful integration and deployment.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for policy center and claim center implementations.
2. Configure policy center and claim center modules based on the specific needs of the clients.
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
4. Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of policy center and claim center systems.
5. Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center and claim center modules.
6. Offer postimplementation support and maintenance services to address any issues or enhancements required by the clients.
