Position: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Rosemead CA (Onsite)
Job description:
SAP SuccessFactors skills Primary – Employee Central , Secondary Skill Onboarding and RCMS
- In-depth knowledge in configuring the Employee Central module, including data models, MDF, foundation objects, associations , Business rules, workflows and user roles to meet the clients specific needs. EC certification is mandatory .
- In-depth Knowledge in Integration center, integrations with other modules such as RCM/ONB, LMS, BIB replication etc.
- Translate Business requirements into system Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solution in compliance with the Best Practices
- Hands-on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML,Provisioning System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint 5. Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and in-depth experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation etc.
- Experience in delivering SuccessFactors engagements related to Recruiting/Onboarding and should be certified in both modules as well.
- Configuring and customizing the SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution according to client requirements.
- Should have in-depth knowledge in the integration center and work collaboratively with the integration team for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solution
- In-depth knowledge of Hiring Process, Onboarding, Offboarding, Cross boarding and configure onboarding forms
- Implementation Governance: Following established implementation governance policies and procedures to ensure consistent, repeatable, and compliant implementations.
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors
- Additional certification in any other SAP SuccessFactors module
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state requirements.
