Role: Lead Network Engineer
Location: Akron OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 3 months Contract-to-Hire
Visa: USC or Gc
Job summary:
Drives the architecture, implementation, and optimization of networking systems and enhance network infrastructure. The position requires strong mentoring and technical leadership skills, a deep understanding of networking technologies, and the ability to act as the topic lead and escalation point for a team of network engineers.
Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience in networking roles, with a proven track record in network architecture and managing complex network infrastructures, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure Networking, and other enterprise networking equipment and software.
Track record of implementing, managing, improving network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
