Immediate Interview: Job opportunity for AI Program Manager @ Houston,TX / Dublin, CA (Locals Only).

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Manager of AI Programs & Innovation to drive alignment, coordination, and execution across AI initiatives.
This role ensures cross-functional collaboration, operational readiness, and organizational awareness to support AI innovation and responsible implementation at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Administration

• Coordinate meetings, content, and collaboration in Teams.

• Manage Steering Committee meeting logistics and develop content to drive decision[1]making.

• Ensure alignment of stakeholders across internal and external AI capabilities.

• Develop and distribute regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Planning

• Partner with business and technical leads to identify and refine AI use cases and problem statements.

• Define and track KPIs to measure success and value realization.

• Maintain and update the use case master file.

• Coordinate cross-functional reviews including security, responsible AI, and architecture.

• Ensure appropriate IT resources are assigned to initiatives.

• Identify and manage data needs to support project success.

Execution & Enablement

• Support execution of prioritized AI use cases and pilots.

• Organize and lead solution demos with business and technical teams.

• Lead enterprise enablement efforts through town halls, newsletters, training, and storytelling to build awareness and readiness.

Research & Insights

• Conduct external capability scans to evaluate relevant AI tools, vendors, and trends.

• Summarize findings and share regular updates with leadership and stakeholders.

• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences; use storytelling to drive understanding, engagement, and organizational adoption

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in program management, digital transformation, AI enablement, or a  related field.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams and  stakeholders.

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, data governance, and IT security considerations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong story telling experience and  creating executive-ready content.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution.

Preferred:

• Experience in AI/ML implementation or emerging tech enablement.

• Background in enterprise change management or communications.

• Technical acumen or understanding of data and analytics lifecycle
