Primary job duties/responsibilities:
– Sales and Distribution (SD) solution deployed in client's production system.
– Resolve Incidents, Service Request and Minor Enhancements as per the AMS processes and Service Levels agreed with the client using the Project ticketing tool (ServiceNow).
– Help design and optimize End to End SAP Core SD (order to cash) processes at the client.
– Configure, Design, Build, Test and Deploy the core SAP SD solution and ensure it works seamlessly.
– Collaborate with other SAP S/4HANA and(or) non-SAP teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in deployed SD solution.
– Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to ensure completion of project deliverables and reports.
– Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
