Job Description :
Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Strong partnership with technology leadership to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization.
Work closely with executives and senior leadership teams in engineering and product management to drive product development from concept to launch.
Define, develop, and execute strategies to combine various products across multiple verticals.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business objectives.
Derive innovation, elevate user experience, and ensure products align with company’s overarching vision and objectives.
Owning the 1-2 years product vision, product consolidation initiatives, and ongoing roadmap.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against targets.
Lead and mentor a team of product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in partnership with technology team.
Effectively manage client expectations and strongly focus on client satisfaction.
Participate, own scrum ceremonies, product backlog.
Proactive in mitigating the impediments of release/sprint goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Extensive experience in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on product strategy and execution.
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, emerging technologies like AI, Cloud Technologies, Data analytics, Business Intelligence.
Experience in managing multiple products.
Leading and managing teams, inspiring them to reach ambitious goals.
Strong in strategic thinking, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities
Excellent in data analysis
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Very good in collaboration and influencing across all levels of the organization
Extensive experience in agile environments, adapting to shifting priorities and requirements.
