Job Description:

Incyte is seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst to join our IT Digital team. This individual will be responsible for managing the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) portfolio across various business functions, including Clinical, Discovery, Finance, and TechOps Development. The RPA Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, gather automation requirements, and oversee the implementation of RPA bots using the UiPath platform.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing Incyte’s automation strategy, supporting the full lifecycle of RPA initiatives, and serving as the liaison between business users, IT, and RPA development teams (onshore and offshore).

Key Responsibilities

·        Collaborate with business partners to understand challenges, document manual processes, and define automation opportunities.

·        Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of RPA requirements using UiPath and industry best practices.

·        Manage the implementation of RPA bots from initiation through deployment and support.

·        Work closely with internal IT teams, third-party consultants, and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality automation solutions.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business areas regarding automation initiatives.

·        Support RPA governance activities and ensure compliance with internal policies, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GCP standards.

·        Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for automation projects.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RPA Business Analyst, with a strong focus on UiPath.

·        5–6 years of overall IT experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
