IAM Directory Services – SSO/MFA/Authn

InfoSec Engineer
Candidate will support the life cycle management of all SSOs from initial creation, modification and retiring SSO configurations for
enterprise applications. Candidate will need to be engaged with customers daily to ensure timely delivery of SSO and troubleshooting.
Additionally, the candidate will be supporting MFA and Password related incidents.  Handle day-to-day implementation, monitoring, and
operational support of authentication (SSO/MFA/Password) configurations for the workforce. Respond to and handle service and escalation
tickets within SLA expectations.

Key skills:
• Single Sign-On configuration using SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM – 5 years
• SSO Troubleshooting skills – 5 years
• Highly technical, analytical and communication skills in SSO design, implementation and delivery – 5 years
Looking for engineers who have actively built SSO, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM connections. Okta certification is not required but helpful to demonstrate Okta administration knowledge. Experienced with Okta MFA and AD password management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform administrative functions for federation technologies such as Okta and Azure AD
• Work with federation protocols such as SAML 2.0, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM
• Work with Active Directory, Postman, APIs, and Python
• Process SSO requests using a ticketing system
• Assess and validate requests for proper and accurate data
• Obtain business owner approval before completing requests
• Provide consultation to application stakeholders on SSO integration process
• Work with application stakeholders and service providers to gather request requirements and enabling SSO for net new applications
• Create SSO applications and configure SAML/OIDC/OAuth/SCIM settings
• Assist application stakeholders and service providers with troubleshooting SSO issues
• Assign security groups to SSO applications
• Make updates to existing SSO application settings
• Create scripts to automate processes using APIs
• Document notable processes and procedures
