Title: IT Advisory Services
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Minimum Qualification:
The District seeks a firm that will perform the required work closely with LAUSD project team members and perform the responsibilities below but not limited to:
- Provide IT Advisory services by which business goals, missions and objectives are aligned with technology investments and other IT assets and services to deliver on the District strategy drive necessary innovation and streamline internal operations.
- Lead periodic meetings, discussions, assessment, report findings, observations, and/or process improvements.
- Evaluate current processes and recommend changes, improvements as needed.
- Provide guidance and develop necessary documentations, presentations, and other related documents.
- Assist various departments to ensure project timelines, goals and expectations are met.
- Organize, collect, and analyze data to help various departments make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports
- Formulating and expressing ideas clearly and effectively in writing (email) and orally • Setting priorities and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner
- Maintain effective relationships with District personnel and other organizations
- Perform other duties as assigned and mutually agreed upon.
- A California Driver’s license and use of a car.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Submit relevant certifications, special skills, and proficiencies. A Master of Business Administration degree is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project.
