Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using Selenium and a deep understanding of testing Python-based applications hosted on AWS. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

– Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
– Collaborate with[SA1]  development and QA teams to understand application features and testing requirements.
– Perform comprehensive functional testing to validate complex business logic and workflows
– Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze results to identify issues.
– Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
– Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation.
– Troubleshoot and debug test failures and application issues.
– Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in test automation with a focus on Selenium.
– Strong knowledge of Python and experience testing Python-based applications.
– Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application testing.
– Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
