CGEMJP00306331 Role: ServiceNow Data Management Consultant Locations: 100% Remote (Client is in CST) Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and manage the lifecycle of IT assets and configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all SACM records. • Collaborate with IT and business units to capture and update asset and configuration data. • Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of asset and configuration data. • Support change, incident, and problem management processes by providing accurate CI data. • Develop and maintain SACM policies, procedures, and standards. • Generate reports and dashboards to support ITSM processes and compliance requirements. • Assist in tool configuration and integration related to SACM (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy). • Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on SACM processes and tools.
