Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with strong experience in Azure Databricks and a solid background in the healthcare Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing secure, scalable data applications and analytics pipelines, while integrating with healthcare systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core/C#.

• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Databricks, Spark, and Data Lake technologies.

• Integrate .NET applications with Azure cloud services (Functions, Logic Apps, Event Hub, etc.).

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to transform healthcare data for reporting and analytics.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.).

• Optimize existing codebase and ETL pipelines for performance and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment automation.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in .NET Core/C# development.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake.

• Strong understanding of Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, and Synapse.

• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data processing.

• Experience working in the healthcare domain with familiarity in EHR systems, claims data, or clinical workflows.

• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance, data privacy, and healthcare standards.

Preferred:

• Experience with HL7, FHIR, EDI/X12, or other healthcare data formats.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to machine learning or data science tools is a plus.
