Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Engineer with hands-on experience extracting, transforming, and reporting data from ProfitKey ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to extract actionable insights from operational and manufacturing data to support reporting, analytics, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract data from ProfitKey ERP system for reporting, analysis, and integration purposes.
• Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for regular and ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to understand data requirements and workflows.
• Build SQL queries and scripts to retrieve data from ProfitKey databases.
• Support data migration and data cleansing initiatives, including legacy system conversions.
• Analyze trends in manufacturing, inventory, order management, and finance data to assist in business planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Excel.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.
• Document extraction processes and maintain data dictionaries or metadata as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data extraction, analysis, or database management.
• Direct experience with ProfitKey ERP (DataFlo or Rapid Response preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, SSRS, or Excel VBA.
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, BOMs (Bill of Materials), inventory, and production planning data structures.
• Str+ong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating ProfitKey data with other ERP systems or CRMs.
• Familiarity with data warehousing or business intelligence (BI) practices.
• Exposure to scripting languages such as Python for automation.
• Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
