Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of security strategies across Oracle Fusion Applications, including HCM, SCM, EPM, and solutions built with the Redwood UX framework. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our Oracle Cloud ecosystem is secure, compliant, and resilient—while supporting modern, user-centric application experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Design and enforce security architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM) with a focus on data privacy, user access, and regulatory compliance.

·        Lead the security design and governance of Oracle Redwood-based apps and extensions, ensuring alignment with Redwood UX guidelines and secure development best practices.

·        Define and manage role-based access controls (RBAC), duty roles, data access sets

·        Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure secure configuration of modules like Oracle HCM Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and EPM dashboards.

·        Perform security reviews, audits, and risk assessments of Oracle SaaS configurations and third-party integrations.

·        Collaborate with implementation teams and system integrators during cloud transformation projects to establish secure-by-design architectures.

·        Lead incident response processes related to Oracle Cloud Apps, working closely with internal security, audit, and compliance teams.

·        Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical specifications.

·        Monitor security advisories, Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPUs), and coordinate application of patches across environments.

·        Provide security guidance for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and custom app extensions leveraging Redwood.

Required Skills & Experience:

·        5+ years in enterprise application security or cloud architecture, with specific to Oracle Fusion Applications.

·        In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM, SCM, EPM, and associated security and role frameworks.

·        Experience with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), and role-based access control (RBAC).

·        Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS security features

·        Familiarity with Redwood Design System and secure UI/UX principles in Oracle applications.

·        Previous application background around Oracle Fusion

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Understanding of compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53.

·        Oracle Cloud Security certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Security 2023 Specialist, Fusion Implementation Certifications)

·        Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) security features such as IAM, Vault, WAF

·        Familiarity with Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) or Oracle Access Governance

·        Experience with Oracle Redwood UI customization and extension through Oracle Visual Builder
