NOTE:
The working position is On Site 
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Tuesdays and Fridays) required
The program will allow Candidates who are LOCAL TO THE TEXAS state Only 
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Total EXP:14+ years 

Registration or Licensure Requirements:
-PMI – Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred

-PMI – Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

-Knowledge of the PMLC/SDLC

-Experience overseeing multi-function project teams

Hands-on experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace is highly preferred. 
Job Description:
Core Responsibilities

Manage deployment and validation of SSA application releases to production
Oversee troubleshooting in dev/test environments
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
Lead environment planning, setup, refactoring, and configuration
Drive automation and standardization of environment delivery (CI/CD, DevOps)
Lead and triage complex system issues, perform root cause analysis
Support Agile / DevSecOps teams as Scrum Master
Manage staff, assign work, mentor juniors, and resolve conflicts
Produce status, CI/CD, and environment reports for senior management

Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong Agile & Scrum expertise (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives)
Deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation
Experience troubleshooting across code, configuration, middleware, DB, network, security
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders
Ability to analyze burndown charts, velocity, and Agile metrics
Experience mentoring teams and promoting self-organizing Agile teams

Tools & Technologies
Agile tools: Jira, Rally, VersionOne (or similar)
Microsoft Project, Visio, MS Office Suite

Experience Requirements
8+ years resolving complex technical issues
8+ years supporting and training users at all levels
8+ years hands-on CI/CD experience
3+ years (preferred) working on large Agile development projects
