Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:  

·         Extensive knowledge of Oracle Service contracts module in Ebiz module.

·         Extensive knowledge in Oracle Install Base module.

·         Should have good functional understanding of the service contracts and install base modules.

·         Should have some technical expertise in Oracle Apps to an extent.

·         Understanding of the CRM foundation (the services flow) is also preferred.
