We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Program Manager to manage customer-facing fulfillment requests and internal workflows. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to work across multiple stakeholders, and experience handling time-bound deliverables while maintaining high quality and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Triage and review incoming customer resource requests for correctness and completeness.
· Review, evaluate, and manage fulfillment requests within the internal Bug Management system.
· Author and share timely and accurate customer updates.
· Triage changes to incoming requests and customer concerns based on documented runbook processes.
· Track update metrics and drive engagement for stale or pending requests.
· Create new fulfillment bugs following documented runbook procedures.
· Drive resolution of customer issues identified in fulfillment requests.
· Collect and report metrics that cannot be automated, following well-documented processes.
· Ensure adherence to SLAs and other time-bound deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience in Program Management or Project Management.
· Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent organizational, time management, and team coordination abilities.
· Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Proven experience reviewing technical documents with strong attention to detail.
· Experience working in partner-facing or customer-facing environments.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Enthusiasm for driving continuous process improvements.
· Experience working with GSuite tools is a plus.
