8+ years overall software development experience
Full SDLC: analysis, design, development, testing, integration, deployment
Ability to work independently and lead/mentor others

Technical Skills
Programming: Java, J2EE
Databases: SQL, Oracle (stored procedures), RDBMS design
Design: Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD), Structured Analysis & Design
Web Services: REST/SOAP, Web Services development
Platforms/Tools: WebSphere, RAD
Testing: System Integration Testing (SIT), defect tracking & validation
Data: Data structures, data migration/conversion/transformation, multidimensional models

Functional & Process Skills
Requirements analysis and feasibility (cost, time, compatibility)
User consultation and documentation of operating procedures
Test planning: test plans, scenarios, schedules
Defect management and coordination across Dev/QA/BA teams
Strong documentation and peer review participation
